I ordered four of these to go with the Strathwood chaises. The color is actually nicer than the photo, and the piping and seams are very crisp and well done. The foam is quite dense, so they don't bottom out, and they are less bulky looking than most chaise cushions. Two of mine arrived with noticeable warehouse dust and one fork lift dirt mark, the other set was perfect. I made a quick phone call to the 800 number and the friendly rep said they would be sending replacements out the same day (got the tracking number a few hours later). The fabric is soft but looks sturdy... and it is not too "plastic"... I'm planning to use them indoors and outside, and for extra banquette seating for parties... and around a pool. So far so good. Very prompt and friendly service.
