This same item sells for $425 on the Ewins site and ships for free!! I paid $530 including shipping. Once I discovered this I tried the stop the shipment. Amazon defers customer service to Ewins. Ewins told me that once they pay their commission to Amazon they are unable to cancel the order.

It arrives in MANY pieces. Very disappointing! There were pieces missing. I had to go out and buy additional hardware. Many pieces did not fit properly; pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place, some holes that should have been there were not. This is not a well made product and with all the missing hardware it is obvious that their quality control is non-existent. There is a reason they are selling this lounge at such a huge discount. I will never purchase from Amazon or EWINS again.
